so, during my process, I will have an opening to my gut, around my waistline (I think), called a stoma. Between the 1st and 2nd surgeries I will have an ostomy bag connected to this stoma. The last surgery will remove the ostomy, sew up the stoma and back to somewhat normal plumbing (minus colon/large intestine). I say all this because some of the other blogs I have read from people who have gone through this have named their stoma. Not saying I am going to name mine, but if you have any suggestions, leave it as a comment.
